What is an oxymel you ask? It means the syrup is made up of honey and apple cider vinegar as the preservative instead of canning which takes away so much of the benefits of the raw honey.
 
Ingredients: Concentrated Elderberry Tonic, no added water. (wildcrafted elderberries, ginger, cinnamon, bay leaf, clove, black pepper, star anise- Most of the time the spices are organic but sometimes organic is not available.) Local Raw honey, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.
 
Suggested Use: Adults take 1 Tablespoon daily for immune support. Up to 2 to 3 times a day if actively feeling sick. Children 2 years and up (raw honey) take 1 teaspoon. Up to 3x daily if actively sick.
